Les Miserables

Two years after the Revolution of 1830, France is on the brink of violence once again. Dismayed that one king has been replaced by another, a group of rebels are plotting to overthrow the monarchy and lay claim to the throne for the common people.

Against this backdrop of simmering rebellion, we follow the story of Jean Valjean, an escaped convict who manages to build a new life for himself and his adopted daughter Cosette. Yet his new found happiness cannot last for long, because the unrelenting police inspector Javert, who has been hunting Valjean for two decades, is close on his tail. As Valjean's past finally catches up with him, all of the characters are swept up in the chaos that breaks out on Paris 'streets, in an epic story of thwarted love, forgiveness and the enduring strength of the human spirit.

MJ The Musical

The King Of Pop returns!

The Michael Jackson Estate and Columbia Live Stage have partnered on the project, with two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage (Sweat, Ruined) set to pen the book. Tony winner Christopher Wheeldon (An American In Paris) has been tapped to Choreograph/Direct the musical. With both Nottage and Wheeldon on the scene, admirers of the late artist can rest assured that Michael's incredible story is in safe hands.

Frozen

The story takes place in the Scandinavian surrounds of Arendelle, where two royal sisters, Elsa and Anna must grow up alone after losing their parents in a tragic sea accident. Elsa, the elder of the two must also contend with a secret - she has the power to create ice and snow with her bare hands, which she must keep secret. When Elsa comes of age, she must take the throne as Queen, and the kingdom is reopened for her coronation - just for one day. When the argument inadvertently reveals Elsa's powers, she flees to the wild North Mountain to live out a life of solitude and freedom. But Anna must find her sister and bring her back (with the help of an ice-seller, his reindeer and a talking snowman), otherwise, the fate of Arendelle will be frozen forever, and left to the mercy of a cruel power.

Hamilton

One of the Founding Fathers, Alexander Hamilton's story is an extraordinary one. Born out of wedlock in the West Indies, and orphaned by the time he was 11, he arrived in New Jersey in 1772 to begin his grammar school education. From there he played a major role in the American revolutionary war, rising through the ranks to become an aide to George Washington. But that was only the beginning of the great man's story, with the proceeding chapters in his life taking in everything from sex scandals, fatal duels and the creation of the American Constitution.

The Lion King

To the rejoicing of all the animals of the savannah, a new prince is born, to just King Mufasa and his wife. The cub grows up into a lively youngster whose best friends are the sarcastic hornbill Zazu and the beautiful and feisty lioness Nyla. Together they play and discover their homeland in joy, until one day King Mufasa is tragically killed and Simba is replaced by his evil Uncle Scar, and retreats to the jungle to grow up with the hilarious meerkat Timon and the big-hearted wildebeest Pumba. But he can?t turn his back on the kingdom forever, and now he must act and stop Scar from destroying the Pride. Join Simba as he takes the journey to his destiny, learning about life, and love, along the way!

Wicked

Aladdin

Aladdin is a charming street urchin in Agrabah, who, when 'exploring' the mysterious Cave of Wonders, uncovers an ancient lamp that proves to be more than just a lighting solution. He unwittingly frees the lamp's resident wacky Genie, who grants him three wishes. Transformed from pauper to Prince, Aladdin catches the eye of beautiful but bored Princess Jasmine, who longs for some adventure of her own!

But it's not all a smooth magic carpet ride, because Aladdin isn't the only one that knows of the lamp's power. Enter the nefarious Jafar and his minions, who have plans for three wishes of their own and it's up to Aladdin to defeat him to keep the Kingdom from his clutches.
